Update shade configuration and remove MSDiscord artifact
The differences between CHDiscord and MSDiscord were too minimal at this point to justify two releases.
Logging broke after JDA 5.0.0-beta.24 and I am unable to fully fix it for cmdline due to new impl loading behavior in slf4j 2.x. Logging should work for Spigot/Paper servers. Cmdline works, but JDA logging will not be logged. (commit: 5b39a48)
